Trades Norwest Anglican Senior College is …..

….. a senior high school focusing on trades, where students can study Year 11 and 12, start their trade career and get their HSC without having to do HSC exams.

Students work with an employer as an apprentice for 2 days per week, study their trade 1 day a week and are in the classroom 2 days a week.

Upon graduation, Year 12 students are awarded their HSC, have completed the first year of their apprenticeship and can then move into their second year of their trade training. Students will also have completed Certificate II in Business Services and their White Card and First Aid qualifications.

Now enrolling for 2015 and beyond

Trades Norwest Anglican Senior College is now taking enrolments for Year 11 and Year 12 students for 2015 and beyond.

If you have an enrolment enquiry email info@tradesnorwest.nsw.edu.au or phone 8008 1300.

Trade Training

TechWest Sydney is our Registered Training Organisation that provides accreditation to Certificate III level for our students in Carpentry, Electrotechnology, to Certificate II in Business Services and for  White Card and First Aid.

Full time apprentices in Carpentry and Electrotechnology can join our Stage 1, Stage 2 or Stage 3 classes as well.

Employers and Industry

We offer trade employers the opportunity to place our students in work experience trials with a view to employment as school-based apprentices while they are completing Year 11 and Year 12 and then as full time apprentices after that. The usual government incentives for employment of apprentices applies to school-based apprentices.
